9 month Journey - Embodiment of the Healer

Welcome to Home for the Healer

Program Overview: This 9-month journey is designed for healers who are ready to expand their gifts, integrate deep embodiment practices, master advanced channeling techniques, and become certified in Light Body Healing energy work. Through live training, self-paced modules, and required assignments, students will not only enhance their own gifts but also learn to lead and teach others.

Program Highlights:

• 9 Months of Advanced Training: Dive deep into embodiment, advanced channeling, energy healing, and leadership practices.
• 3 Live Calls Monthly: 1 Masterclass and 2 Q&A/Integration sessions to guide your personal journey.
• Self-Paced Modules: Weekly lessons covering each stage of the journey. (5-10 minutes each, max) 
• Assignments to Advance: Required assignments that challenge you to put your learning into action, including Yin Yoga attendance, case studies, and a final teaching assignment.
• Energy Healing Certification: Become certified in the Light Body Healing modality.
• Teacher Training Certification: Learn to lead and teach others, ethically and powerfully.

Phase 1: Embodiment of the Senses and Dropping Into the Body

Duration: 2 Months

Focus:

• Grounding spiritual practices through the body.
• Enhancing sensory awareness to deepen intuitive abilities.
• Learning how the body acts as a channel for higher realms.

Content:

Weekly pre-recorded modules on:

• The five human senses and their connection to spiritual work.
• Yin Yoga and other practices to align the body with spiritual channels.
• Techniques for grounding energy and working with the root and sacral chakras.
• Understanding the body's role in holding space for spiritual guidance.

• Live Sessions (3 per month):
  • 1 Live Masterclass: Guided embodiment practices with direct instruction on how to drop into the body during channeling.
  • 2 Live Q&A/Integration Calls: Opportunity to ask questions, integrate learning, and receive feedback on the embodiment process.

Assignment (Required to Advance):

• Attend 4 Yin Yoga classes (run by Heather Linkens) and provide proof of participation/reflection.
• Submit a short reflection on how embodiment has shifted their intuitive or healing practice.

Phase 2: Advanced Channeling and Working with the Soul

Duration: 3 Months

Focus:

• Deepening intuitive abilities through higher realms.
• Connecting with soul-level guidance and higher self integration.
• Expanding beyond the senses into galactic or multidimensional channeling.

Content:

• Weekly pre-recorded modules on:

  • Understanding the soul's journey and how to connect with it.
  • Advanced channeling techniques (working with galactic guides, light beings, etc.).
  • Using human senses to channel messages clearly and in alignment with the soul's purpose.
  • Spiritual ethics and boundaries in working with the soul and others.

• Live Sessions (3 per month):

  • 1 Live Masterclass: Soul-level channeling—direct guidance from higher realms.
  • 2 Live Q&A/Integration Calls/Practice Calls: Time to ask questions, practice with peers, and discuss channeling experiences.

Assignment (Required to Advance):

• Submit a case study of one channeled session (self or others) explaining the process and how the connection with the soul was established.
• Reflect on your experience of receiving soul-level guidance and how it informs your healing practice.

Phase 3: Light Body Healing Energy Certification

Duration: 2.5 Months

Focus:

• Learning the Light Body Healing modality.
• Clearing energy blocks and working on the auric field and subtle body systems.
• Healing others using the Light Body Healing techniques.

Content:

• Weekly pre-recorded modules on:

  • Introduction to Light Body Healing: What it is and how it works.
  • Techniques for clearing energy blocks, healing chakras, and working with light body structures.
  • Balancing your own energy field before healing others.
  • Working with higher frequencies and using Light Body Healing for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

• Live Sessions (3 per month):

  • 1 Live Healing Masterclass: Direct guidance on performing a Light Body Healing session.
  • 2 Live Q&A/Practice Calls: Space to practice with peers, ask questions, and troubleshoot any issues.

Assignment (Required for Certification):

• Submit 2 case studies with proof of performing Light Body Healing sessions on others (written reflections and video/audio of sessions if possible).
• Write an analysis of the client’s healing journey and their progress after the session.

Phase 4: Teacher Training & Leadership

Duration: 1.5 Months

Focus:

• Becoming a leader and teacher in the healing space.
• Learning how to teach others energy healing, channeling, and embodiment practices.
• Ethical leadership and managing spiritual businesses.

Content:

• Weekly pre-recorded modules on:

  • How to lead a group of students/clients ethically and responsibly.
  • Teaching techniques for channeling, energy healing, and embodiment.
  • Running a spiritual or healing business (marketing, ethical practices, creating safe containers for students).
  • Guiding others through their healing journey and holding space for transformation.

• Live Sessions (3 per month):

  • 1 Live Leadership Masterclass: How to become a teacher and lead others on their journey.
  • 2 Live Q&A/Practice Calls: Open space to practice teaching or guiding peers / Practice Coaching Sessions with Each other

Assignment (Required to Complete Teacher Training):

• Design a 1-hour teaching session (this could be for energy healing, channeling, or embodiment) and submit a recorded or written plan for this lesson.
• Optionally, submit a video of yourself teaching the session or leading a small group in a practice.

Program Wrap-Up: Integration and Certification

Final Month

Focus:

• Reviewing the full journey, acknowledging growth, and integrating all learned practices.
• Preparing for leadership roles, whether as a practitioner or teacher.
• Optional: Graduation and certification as a Light Body Healing Practitioner.

Content:

• Final recorded sessions on:

  • Integration: Bringing together channeling, embodiment, and energy healing.
  • Steps for continuing to develop and lead your own spiritual practice and business.
  • How to guide others through similar journeys.

• Live Graduation Call: Celebrating the participants’ journey, sharing reflections, and officially certifying those who have completed all assignments

Boundaries for the Container 

I’m excited to support you on this journey. To ensure we create a respectful, supportive space, here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

1. Support Availability:
   I’ll be answering questions and providing support 3x a week throughout the day. This isn’t a high-proximity container, so while responses may not be immediate, I’ll get to everything during check-ins. 

2. Respect Boundaries:
   Please don’t message other members outside the container unless you’ve gotten their permission first. Let’s respect each other’s personal space.

3. Addressing Issues:
   If there are any issues or concerns, whether with the container or a fellow member, bring them directly to me, not to anyone else.

4. Energy Awareness:
   This space is not a dumping ground. We are all sensitive to each other’s energy, so be mindful of what you share and how you share it.

5. Stay Focused:
   Keep conversations relevant to the material we’re working on in the container. Let’s stay focused on what we’re here to learn and experience.

   Everything shared here stays here. Please respect the privacy of everyone in this space.
