Roles and Responsibilities

Yoga Teacher Responsibilities:

Conducting Classes:

Lead scheduled yoga sessions tailored to the needs of healers, focusing on body awareness, movement, and alignment.

Offer variations and modifications to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities.

 

Collaborating with the Team:

Work closely with other experts to create a cohesive and supportive environment for students.

Participate in regular team meetings to align on class content, student needs, and overall goals.

 

Student Engagement:

Engage with students before and after classes to offer guidance and support.

Contribute to community-building efforts by encouraging students to share their experiences and progress.

 

Content Creation & Social Media:

Facebook Group Engagement: Post valuable content in the Facebook group twice per week to foster engagement and provide additional support to the community.

Reels & Social Media Content: Collaborate with Home for the Healer to create and plan reels and other social media content. User will assist with planning, recording, and editing reels to ensure high-quality content aligned with the brand’s messaging.

Content Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s values and contributes to the overall growth and engagement of the community.

 

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest in yoga practice and holistic well-being.

Participate in any required training or professional development offered by Home for the Healer.

Home for the Healer’s Responsibilities:

 

Support and Resources:

Payment for Asana Platform: Home for the Healer will cover the cost of the Asana platform to support task management and collaboration.

Backend Management on Kajabi: Handle all backend details on the Kajabi platform, including hosting and managing content, student enrollments, payment processing, and integration with other tools.

Provision of Tools: Provide access to Asana, Zoom, and Canva to support the yoga teacher’s work.

Branding Support: Handle all branding, including the creation of graphics for all offers and marketing materials.

 

Payment Structure:

Revenue Sharing: Home for the Healer will take 20% plus Stripe fees from payments, with the remaining amount going directly to the yoga teacher. Payments will be made weekly on Fridays.

Class Payments: The yoga teacher will receive payment for classes done inside Home for the Healer, either as a fixed amount per month or per class (specific amounts to be agreed upon).

 

Mentorship and Support:

Weekly Mentorship Calls: Provide weekly mentorship calls to support the yoga teacher’s personal and professional growth.

Access to Programs: Offer access to all programs being run by Home for the Healer.

Private Group Chat: Establish a private group chat for direct communication with the yoga teacher for any questions or support needed.

 

Scheduling and Coordination:

Weekly Meetings: Hold weekly meetings on Mondays to connect and plan the week ahead, ensuring alignment and clarity in the yoga teacher’s schedule and responsibilities.

Scheduling of Classes: Handle the scheduling of classes, ensuring they are well-promoted and accessible to students.

 

Feedback and Growth:

Provide regular feedback on class performance and student engagement to help refine the approach and foster growth.

Encourage open communication for sharing ideas, feedback, and any concerns.

Expectations and Guidelines

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Communication: Use designated channels for communication with the team and students. Respond to inquiries promptly.

Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all students and team members.

Commitment: Uphold your commitment to scheduled classes, content creation, and social media engagement. Communicate any changes in advance.

Continuous Improvement: Be open to feedback and actively seek ways to enhance your teaching and support for students.
