Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, teachings, branding, and media created by Home for the Healer are protected intellectual property and remain our exclusive property unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Courses and trainings
- Membership content
- Written materials and PDFs
- Videos and audio recordings
- Worksheets and downloads
- Branding, graphics, logos, names, and designs
- Retreat curriculum
- Frameworks, methods, and proprietary teachings
- Psychic Headquarters materials
- Light Body Healing materials
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license for your own individual use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute materials
- Share paid content or login credentials
- Record protected materials where prohibited
- Teach, certify, or package our methods as your own
- Create derivative programs substantially based on our materials
- Upload materials to file-sharing or pirate platforms

Purchases + Payment Terms

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and/or Kajabi.

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete payments may result in:

Refund Policy
Due to the digital, energetic, educational, experiential, and time-based nature of our offers:

No refunds are provided unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on a specific sales page.
Readings
Private readings are offered for reflection, insight, and personal empowerment.
No Refunds
All readings are final sale and non-refundable.
Delivery Timeline
Recorded, written, or asynchronous readings are generally delivered within 7–21 business days.
Business days are typically Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays, closures, and announced breaks.
Timelines are estimates and may vary.
Live Sessions
At least 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling live appointments.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Memberships
Memberships, including Psychic Headquarters, may be offered monthly or annually.
Cancellation
You may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
No Refunds
No refunds are issued for current or prior billing periods.
Access
Access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify membership features, content libraries, schedules, bonuses, and delivery formats at any time.
Coaching / Mentorship Services
Private coaching, consulting, mentorship, or support containers may include calls, messaging access, or customized support structures.
Boundaries
Messaging access is not unlimited on-demand or emergency access.
Response times vary based on business hours, workload, weekends, holidays, and availability.
Expiration
Unless otherwise stated, unused sessions or inactive containers expire 3 months after purchase or agreed start date.
No Guaranteed Results
No business, income, healing, relationship, or personal transformation results are guaranteed.
Retreats + In-Person Events
Retreats may be held at private rental venues, accommodations, or event spaces.
Each retreat may have separate details, pricing, payment plans, deposits, schedules, and cancellation terms stated on the applicable sales page or agreement.
Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Participation may involve travel, movement, altitude, weather, shared spaces, outdoor environments, and group experiences.
Removal
We may remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, illegal, intoxicated, or harmful behavior without refund.
No Guarantees + Disclaimer
Home for the Healer provides spiritual education, mentorship, intuitive guidance, personal development support, and related services.
We do not guarantee:
- predictions or timelines
- healing outcomes
- business or income results
- relationship outcomes
- personal transformation outcomes
All decisions and actions remain your sole responsibility.
Not Medical, Legal, Mental Health, or Financial Advice
Nothing offered through Home for the Healer is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, nor substitute for professional advice.

Technology + Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
- illness
- emergencies
- natural disasters
- travel disruption
- weather
- internet outages
- software platform outages
- utility failures
- government actions
We may reasonably reschedule or modify delivery where necessary.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, suspend, or discontinue services, memberships, access, or participation at our discretion where necessary for safety, policy enforcement, misuse, nonpayment, harassment, fraud, or misalignment.
Where appropriate, remedies may be determined case-by-case.
Community Conduct
When participating in memberships, groups, chats, events, or community spaces, you agree not to engage in:
- harassment
- hate speech
- threats
- spam
- solicitation without permission
- client poaching
- disruptive behavior
- privacy violations
- sharing paid content
Violations may result in removal without refund.
Reputation + Disputes
You agree not to knowingly publish false statements, harassment, threats, doxxing attempts, or malicious campaigns intended to damage our reputation.

Constructive honest feedback is welcome. Malicious falsehoods are not.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, we may dispute the claim using available records, including:
- proof of purchase
- policy acceptance
- communications
- access logs
- attendance records
- delivery records
- signed agreements where applicable
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home for the Healer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
